In the past few years I have noticed more and more the emphasis society has on mindfulness and the value of a spiritual journey. Having Kathy and Emerging Om as a consistent mentor in my life has been the biggest blessing. This energy work is at first entirely based on trust and the quality of your teacher plays a huge role in having a safe journey navigating through.

I have learned things that have benefited me tangibly in mind, body, and spirit. Everything she does is of the highest quality and integrity and her dedication and love for people and what she does is a gift to experience. Her passion for life is simply contagious and you cant help but feel good when being around her and the Emerging Om family.

I have had a particularly powerful experience since learning and practicing Reiki! Never thought that such an energy practice could be something that I could learn and practice daily, and yet on the days when I do even just a few minutes, I feel a difference in my ability to manage my emotions better, have more clarity to help the people around me, and make each day a day that I was proud of.
