Meet The Founder
Dr. Kathy Kangarloo, “Yogi Ma” (Ph.D. in Esoteric Studies) is the founder of “emerging Om”. Kathy has taught and practiced yoga, Reiki, and meditation for over 30 years in the United States and across the world. During years in India, particularly while studying in a Reiki hospital in Madras, Kathy learned of the boundless opportunities offered by this practice. She then developed Yukt Yoga, dedicated to healing in all its forms: spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical. Yukt Yoga is an extremely healing, Reiki based form of Yoga, accessible to all regardless of physical condition or age through its gentle, meditative approach. Emerging Om is the means for Kathy to expand her healing work to people all over the world through individual sessions, healing workshops, as well as outreach programs.
Meet Sara
Sara is the Executive Director of emerging Om. She started to be a life time student in spiritual path 10 years ago with Dr. Kathy Kangarloo. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a master degree in Counseling Psychology. In addition, Sara has been certified as a Yukt Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master by Dr. Kathy. She has devoted her life to serve the light within all. Sara’s Holistic Coaching (a powerful form of life coaching) has helped individuals, couples, and children over past 6 years. She helps her clients to find harmony and balance in all aspects of their lives. Her sessions help people to access full potential, strengthen their relationships, activate spiritual power, and make transformational changes.
She is also an “Animal Therapist”. Sara assists client to reduce stress and build stronger self esteem through connecting with their dogs and cats as well as providing meditation with animals which benefits both client’s and their Furry Friends.
