Creating Sacred Space

Kathy is an exceptionally kind and supportive teacher. She brings a sense of peace and ease into all her classes while also being lighthearted. Her yoga, meditation and chanting offerings are very therapeutic and the participants are extremely friendly and engaging…it’s a true community of like-minded individuals. The setting is very unique and not like any other chain yoga studio. She brings a tremendous amount of background in yoga and energy work. This will definitely be an authentic yoga experience connecting mind, body and spirit.
