Yukt Yoga, developed by Yogi Ma, emphasizes meditative focus, breathing, and gentle movements to connect with healing energy to attain internal balance.

OmTime: All Levels

Om Time is a deep group meditation that uses affirmations, mudras, and mantras to raise your vibration, silence your mind and bring peace to your world.
Tao Te Ching: All Levels

A group meditation based on the teaching of Lao Tsu’s, Tao Te Ching, this session provides context and meaningful discussion around these ancient, life-changing verses.

Reiki Healing: Private Session

A one-on-one session with Yogi Ma to direct healing energy to unblock mental, emotional, spiritual and physical stressors by aligning one’s chakras.
